Advent calendars will be shipped out by November 15th so they can arrive in time for December 1st.

Free tracked shipping in the U.S. and Canada. Orders to the U.S. will arrive within 4-12 business days. Orders to Canada arrive within 2-8 business days.

Shipping prices and times are calculated at checkout for the rest of the world.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

If you receive your order and are unhappy for any reason:

1. Contact us at admin@crystalkey.ca.

2. Our agent will provide a return shipping label by email.

3. Attach the label to your package.

4. Drop the package off at the shipping office as directed by our agent.

Funds will be returned to the original payment method you used for your purchase. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
